Victor, I've read this, as well as many of your other titles. It's awesome! At first, I was skeptical of mixing supernatural elements with the crime genre, but I think you pulled this off brilliantly.
Okay, off my soap box. Just saw your post this morning and felt compelled to tell you how good I thought it was, even if it was written when you were in grad school. Thumbs up, man.
You have 3 days, a fearless 7 year old boy, a claustrophobic wife that loves speed but suffers motion sickness to the point that mission space nearly killed her, you can handle any of the rides but facing 3 days of non-stop rollercoasting isn't your idea of heaven.. you hate crowds and lines that don't function but can deal with long waits as long as the lines are adhered to by all and you aren't going to park hop...which do you skip....magic kingdom, epcott, hollywood studios or animal kingdom?
I'd skip animal kingdom. Some good stuff there, but I'd HATE to miss Epcot as Soarin' and Test Track are my faves and I like food beer at the World Showcase. Your 7 year old would probably not want to skip Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios has some great shows and the Star Wars ride.
Well, I like te disney rides that are a little more clever than just a roller coaster. All theme parks has those. As for the river rapids ride, that was fun -- once. After that, it's just an opportunity to be wet.
I meant to say "food AND beer" which is another reason to love Epcot. (Rose & Crown!)
I will hoist a tankard in your honor Sir......oh and since Disney owns Marvel shouldn't there be a (insert villian name here________) takes Disney and whatever comic's hero you are writing takes it back.. Kind of book where you can show off both your awesome comic writing and your Disney chops?
Oh and I have applied to the US Patent Office for a patent on food-beer. It'll be bigger than slim jims.... so back off pal.

Thanks, J.R. I appreciate it. I honestly do think it's a fun read, but if I were writing it today I'd smooth out some of the rough edges.

My 2 cents.
You'd pass on the Yeti ride and the kalahari falls water thingy for soaring and test track?
Who are you and what have you done with The Gisch?
Oh and what is food beer is that something like dried Guinness that you can survive on in the wilderness?

tnx Victor, I'll buy it!! :)
Victor, will this be released for the Nook? If not I can buy the Kindle version and convert it.
Charles,
In order to be part of the Amazon Prime program, I had make it exclusive to Kindle.
And don't hate me for the cover. It's something I threw together in 10 minutes, and I don't have your skills. Ha.
Haha. I get excited for any of your writing no matter what the cover looks like.
I will buy it on Amazon and convert it. I've done that with a few things.
