I'm happy as hell to report that Lee Goldberg will be taking a crack at a script adaptation of my first novel Gun Monkeys. Lee is a busy busy guy, working with German television, writing Monk novels and working on numerous other projects. So I'm grateful he feels my novel is worthy of squeezing into his very hectic schedule. Thanks, Lee! If you haven't read Lee's novel The Man with the Iron-On Badge, I suggest you run out and get a copy. Good stuff.

Given Lee's sense of humor, he's perfect for the project.
Love the book, can't wait to see it as a movie.
Great news. Good luck to you both.
Excellent.
This is great news. Gun Monkeys would make an excellent movie.
Sweet. I hope it makes it onto the big screen.
Thanks for the support, guys. One can never guess how the wind will blow in Hollywood, but I have great confidence in Lee's abilities.

Hello,
I work in a house of production in France (7th Apachefilms). We produced several Tv movies and Movies and we are interested in your novel gun Monkeys. But I have just read that a scenario and already on the way.
We have a director (Jean-Marc Brondolo) Believe you that it is possible to contact Lee Goldberg if this one has no producer.
We would like to adapt your novel in France, but before contacting Gallimard your publisher (editor) in France we would like your opinion.
Even if the answer is negative, I am proud to announce you my profound admiration for style and the power of your writing.
