So my wife noticed how hard it was to get a cup of coffee in the morning. A recent development. Why? Because there never seemed to be any clean coffee mugs ... or ... to be frank ... any coffee mugs at all. Where the hell did they all go?
In my truck. Mugs go in but they don't come out. So I made a point to clean them out of there today.
Eleven. Eleven coffee mugs in my truck. That's a new personal best.

Just tell me where the socks are?
Same thing happens in my house. The culprit is daughter #2 - who likes to drink coffee while applying her make-up in her bathroom downstairs. She brought up five cups. You've still got her beat.
My personal habit? Stealing pens and putting them in the huge purses I insist on carrying. Highest number found in the bottom?
27. Seriously. I had 27 pens in the bottom of my purse, 2 of which were mine to begin with. WTF?
Don't get me started on my lack of spoons...
Lori,
I've been better with pens. I used to never be able to put my hands on one when needed ... but I'm much better now.
Pattinase,
Socks? I can find one. Does that help?

The real question is not how many mugs there were, but how nasty the old ones were. I only have a few mugs in my car (8-10?), but the old ones have some amazing things growing.

Jim,
If you would just make your coffee strong enough, nothing could EVER grow in those cups.
Hey ... you're not one of them tea drinkers, are you?
